On Thursday, December 14, 2023, we celebrated the first 50 years of Alma Residence Real Estate. A particularly heartfelt event that we wanted to celebrate with the many friendships cultivated in this first half century of our history.

During the evening we especially wanted to thank Elisabetta, the soul of Alma Residence, who has raised our agency with professionalism, trust and a lot of dedication since 1973.

50 years of history in real estate

It is now past Fifty years since the Bassani, thanks to the work of the architecture and design studio of Architect Guerino Bassani, now of Architect Alessandro Bassani, has started Alma Residence Real Estate in the city of Bergamo, and the test of time returns a solid and professional reality, which makes confidentiality and service highly professional its strengths.

Founded in 1973, now managed by Architect Marzia Bassani, and developed over the years as a family business available and attentive, not only to the trends of the real estate market but also to the specific needs of its clients, the agency Alma Residence has specialized in the sale and planning of properties prestige properties.
